William ‘Bill’ Paden is also a highly visible activist, consultant and presenter working with and for Tate Consulting Service , Susan Taylor’s New Way Forward and National Cares Mentoring program. Bill is dedicated to working with college age African American and Latino males assisting them in finding their Academic persona and forcing them to reflect critically on how to navigate successfully on twenty first century campuses. He recently completed a series of workshops at Pasadena Community College from December of 2013 through April of 2014. He was a featured presenter and facilitator at the Male Leadership Academy in June of 2014 at CSULA and at the Manhood, Masculinity and Language Conference for students from East Los Angeles Community College and CSULA in Pasadena  February of 2015. Look for him to be major player in the dynamic upcoming Gender Distractions Conference at CSULA this April.
